If you believe that your organization is a good fit for BLACK BAND, please fill out the form below to submit your request. To be considered for a donation, your organization or event must provide a 501(c)3 tax identification number. While we try to support local organizations as much as we can, our resources are limited, so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate all requests. We ask that you please submit your donation request at least 30 days prior to your event

We are unable to donate product to bars, restaurants, or other venues that carry a commercial liquor license.
For events where donated alcohol is to be served or auctioned, your nonprofit organization must obtain its own liquor license.
Your organization or event must be located in Illinois.
Donated alcohol must only be served to guests who are 21+ years of age and must be enjoyed responsibly.
Donated items must be served, raffled, or auctioned at the event only and may not be sold outside of the event.
We are unable to provide donations for politically affiliated organizations or for-profit organizations.
If donated spirits are to be used in cocktails, we ask that they be made with other quality spirits, mixers, and fresh ingredients whenever possible.
BLACK BAND Distillery kindly asks to be credited as a supporting partner on signage and/or menus at the event, or in online event descriptions/social media posts.
